1. Agreement to Terms

A. Acceptance — By creating an order, purchasing a linked Roblox shirt, or otherwise utilizing SYNEROX (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service.

B. Future Changes — SYNEROX reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior direct notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following any changes or updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

2. Payment & Verification

A. Payment Method — Payment is made exclusively by purchasing the linked Roblox shirt associated with a product. The shirt price in Robux is the product price. No external payment gateways, credit cards, or alternative payment methods are used.

B. Verification Process — Upon order creation, the system verifies that you do not already own the linked Roblox shirt. Once a baseline is recorded, you purchase the shirt on Roblox. The system then detects the shirt in your inventory and delivers your key automatically.

C. Prior Ownership — If you already own the linked shirt before placing an order, you must remove it from your inventory or contact an admin before proceeding. This ensures a verifiable purchase baseline.

3. Purchases & Refunds

A. No Refunds — All purchases through SYNEROX are final. Because delivered keys are digital, non-tangible goods that may be redeemed immediately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

B. Payment Disputes — Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim through Roblox or any third party regarding a legitimate, verified purchase will result in an automatic, permanent blacklist from all current and future SYNEROX services.

C. Non-Transferable Assets — License keys and order access tokens are strictly non-transferable. Reselling, sharing, or trading keys or access tokens is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination and revocation of the delivered key.

4. Prohibited Conduct

A. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent the verification system, including but not limited to: manipulating Roblox inventory states, using third-party tools to spoof ownership, or exploiting API rate limits.

B. You may not create multiple orders for the same product using the same or different Roblox accounts to exploit the delivery system.

C. You may not share, redistribute, or publicly disclose delivered keys. Any key found to be shared or resold will be revoked without notice or compensation.

D. Violation of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate order cancellation, key revocation, and permanent blacklist from the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

A. SYNEROX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service, the Roblox API, or any third-party service.

B. SYNEROX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of access, key revocation due to terms violation, or Roblox platform changes.

C. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
