Refund policy

1. No Refunds

A. All purchases through SYNEROX are final and non-refundable. Delivered keys are digital goods that may be redeemed immediately upon delivery.

B. A key that has not yet been redeemed is not grounds for a refund. Once delivered, the key is your responsibility.

2. Failed Deliveries

A. If a key fails to deliver due to a system error (out of stock after verification, server failure), contact support with your order ID. Failed deliveries will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

B. If a delivered key does not work as described, contact support with your order ID and a clear description of the issue before making another purchase.

3. Payment Disputes

A. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim through Roblox or any third party for a legitimate, verified purchase constitutes a violation of these terms.

B. Disputed accounts will be permanently blacklisted from all SYNEROX services, and any associated keys will be revoked immediately.

4. Roblox Shirt Purchases

A. The Roblox shirt purchase is the payment method. Once the shirt is verified in your inventory and the key is delivered, the transaction is complete.

B. Refunds for Roblox purchases follow Roblox's own policies and are outside of SYNEROX's control.

C. Do not remove the purchased shirt from your inventory after key delivery to claim a failed purchase. Order verification logs are permanent and auditable.

5. Non-Transferable

A. Keys and order access tokens are non-transferable. Any attempt to resell, share, or trade a key or token will result in immediate revocation without refund.

B. Each key is delivered to a single order tied to a single Roblox account. Transferred keys are void.
