Choose one product, enter your Roblox username, and create your private order. We check that you don't already own the linked shirt. Then you buy the shirt on Roblox — that's your payment. Once we detect the shirt in your inventory, your key is delivered instantly.
How do I pay?
You pay with Robux by buying the Roblox shirt linked to the product. The shirt price in Robux is the product price. No credit card or external payment is needed.
What if I already own the linked shirt?
If you already own the shirt before creating your order, you'll need to remove it from your inventory first or contact an admin. This ensures we can verify a fresh purchase.
Can I buy multiple products at once?
Store checkout supports one product and one key per order. Complete separate orders for other products. For bulk purchases, check the reseller section.
Where will my key arrive?
Your key appears on the private order page instantly after we verify your shirt purchase. If you supplied an email, you'll also receive it there.
How do I return to my order?
Use your order ID on the support page. Your browser may already have a private order cookie. In another browser, enter your saved access token on the order page.
Why is checkout disabled?
Demo catalog entries are previews only. Live products without available keys cannot be checked out.
What are resellers?
Resellers buy keys in bulk at special pricing. The admin can enable or disable the reseller system. If you're interested, contact the admin.
